I guess they are having system problems. I entered a receipt a few days ago and it never showed up in my account. I called corporate and they said they could see my receipt was entered but it showed up with no purchases attached to it. They said they are trying to fix the system problem. So watch your receipts closely. And do not request your check until all receipts are in there. Good luck!

That same thing happened to me as well. Last week I entered a receipt and today wanted to request my SCR but my last purchases entered a few days ago were not there at all. I did not call, I re-entered my information today, but did not request my check yet. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm still waiting for some $35 worth of stuff to show up in my account too. After several days, I finally got the message that the receipt had been entered, which did not show up immediately as it usually does. Still waiting for the purchases to show up so I can request my check.

I had a crazy SCR problem a few weeks ago. I bought two big boxes of Pampers for the PG rebate, entered the receipts, and later got a message that I hadn't purchased the right items for the rebate...checked my receipt and my Pampers rang up as Huggies! The customer service line couldn't help me, because their system matched my reciept. I took one of the boxes back to the store and had the manager scan it- he saw that the Pampers were showing up as Huggies and refunded the ENTIRE purchase amount for both boxes (and let me keep them!) I told him that was too much- he refunded $40 because I was missing out on a $10 gift card- but I will continue shopping in his store as often as possible now!
