Thank you for the sale and coupon information.
I have one question about RA rebate though.
There are so many free stuffs this month at RA.
However, I don't buy items that I don't need or use because I can't come up with any idea how to use that huge amount of rebate check in one shopping trip.
That's one issue I have with RA rebate system.
Old WG rebate system gave you a gift card so you don't have to use whole amount of the rebate money in one shopping trip.
How do you all coupon wiz manage this?

I'm def NOT a coupon wiz, but I do have an answer to offer...

The rebate checks they send you can be:

1. cashed at your bank (it's a valid check)
2. used toward a purchase at RA
3. used toward a purchase at RA & they give you the change back if the check is more than the transaction. (So you can use your $50+ rebate check for a pack of gum & they will give you the difference back in cash)

HTH!

You can also put the money in a envelope and only use that money at Rite Aid and then use it on the deals you want. So your basically rolling the money until the next rebate check comes.

Question

Thanks so much for the links! I have one question though. Can we use these q's since they are in a pdf file? I thought I had read somewhere that pdf's were not allowed.

I don't know, but I would love to know the answer. I will go to RA tomorrow to try and see.

Yes you can use them. It gets iffy when the coupon is from a site that is not related to the product. ex: Coupon for FREE product found at a bargain hunter site.

CM prefers that we don't post pdf's for that reason. But these appear to be legit... so save and print them before Litsa nixes them.

Like others have said, you can simply cash or deposit the check at your bank, just like any other check....does not need to be used at RA. I usually donate the free items that I do not need to my local homeless or women's shelter. They are always grateful for whatever I bring, and they say they can really use any cold\flu items in the winter. If there is a coupon on top of the free after rebate items, I figure that the coupon at least covers the tax amount, and maybe a bit more to make it a money maker, so everyone benefits.

As others have said, you can cash the check at your bank or use it at Rite Aid (with or without receiving change back). Or if you shop frequently at RA, as I do, you can do as a previous poster said and just save that money in an envelope to use at RA (this is what I do also).

And, yes, RA changed their Q policy several months ago and they do now accept IPs. One caution though, the Neilmed Qs do not print with an expiration date on them. My cashier took them anyway because she could see the dashed lines around the coupon and could tell that I hadn't cut the date off. It may be a YMMV thing though.
