Question Returned item - Gift of Savings total

I just returned at item (only one on receipt) to Rite Aid. However, I had already entered this receipt onto the website for the Gift of Savings promo. Will the system know to delete this purchase or not?

I'm not trying to take advantage of the system, I just want to know what to expect when trying to figure out my total purchases for the rebate.

Thanks!

I would say the system will know, however you may want to send them an email and tell them the item was returned ..also, I would plan to make another purchase to make up the difference. There are other RAid experts here that may have another opinion.

You can check your Gift of Savings total on the RA website, but it does usually take a couple of days for new receipts to show, so it might take a couple for that one to come off too.
