MyCokeRewards problem printing coupons?

On 11/23 I redeemed 35 points from MyCokeRewards to print a coupon, but when I went to print, it said I already printed the number allowed

Now a couple weeks before that, I did redeem pts for that same q, but this is a new, separate redemption. So, I gave them my 35 points and I can't print the coupon Anyone ever have this problem?

PS... I typed up a message on their website regarding this issue, but I got a stupid error message trying to do that!! I found an email they had sent and just replied to that, but who knows if they'll actually get it.

Yes, this has happened to me before....I emailed them with the pertinent info and asked them to mail me my q and they did...it took awhile but it worked..you might try signing in under another search engine (ie: explorer or firefox to name two) and see if that makes a diff....HTH

I messaged Coke a while ago about having an issue with their actual 2 liter products and they were extremely fast in their reply. They actually notified a Coke representative in my town and he called me. I contacted them on Nov. 23 @ 11 p.m. and someone [a real person], replied back on Nov. 24 at 11 a.m. But, I had used the Coke web-form on the actual Coke Website [not MyCokeRewards]. Anywho, here is the e-mail address that e-mailed me back promptly:

I haven't had trouble printing the $1 off coupons but I have had trouble using them. I only buy diet coke with Lime and when I try to use the coupon the register won't accept it. The clerk looks it over and says it's not good for the lime variety. They've always manually taken the $1 off for me but it's uncomfortable , they scrutinize the coupon and then act like they are doing something they shouldn't by accepting it. Don't understand why Coke would put that restriction on the coupon. I've tried to write to them on their website but I also just get an error message when I submit my comment.

This is my first time posting. I'm so excited! Anyways I had that problem and called coke My Rewards the number is on the product. They credited my account (right then) the rewards and said they have been having that problem, to wait a day and then print so they could fix the problem. The other thing is they already sent the coupon to my email so I got the coupon 2x but you can print each one 2x so I got 4 coupons for my 35 points. WooHOO!

I still haven't heard anything from that email I sent, I think I'm gonna try the Coke website like you did ChildOfGod. The CokeRewards site contact form was useless. And if anything, maybe they can just mail me my coupon like they did for you cboyer.

I previously had problems printing the coke coupons redeemed through the coke rewards. I emailed customer service and they gave me back the points since I couldn't print it. The error I was getting was saying I already printed the coupon the number of times allowed. They stated I was not the only one with the issue and they were working on it.

Today I redeemed 5 coupons with no problems at all...looks like they fixed it. For all of you having problems, you can now redeem multiple coupons!

I had the same experience last week. The only blunder was their response email told me that I would hear back in 48 hours. With the holiday it was more like 6 days. I did get my points credited back. I've been afraid to try to print in case it happens again.

I sure wish I knew how you printed twice on those coupons. It let me have one and only one.

I can't print them more than once either. I keep seeing claims that with bricks coupons people hit the back button and get extra prints but that has never worked for me. The coke coupon only allows one print period. You can' even use the link on another computer to get another print.
