    Angry Lost Coke Reward Points--UPDATE

I decided to enter codes that I've been letting stack up since they removed the $1 q this Spring, hoping that when/if they bring it back I'll be able to redeem more $1 q's. When I signed into my account I was ticked to see that they had taken away the 52 points I did have due to inactivity/expiration. Never mind that I had just redeemed points in May!

Having said all of that, anyone know what the "fine print" is for keeping your Coke account active so that you don't lose points? I have sent them an email but I'm not holding my breath that I'll get a prompt response.

Coke responded to my email and refunded the full 52 points! Fyi points will expire on accounts inactive for 90 days and supposedly they send reminder emails when this is about to happen (even though I checked all of my folders and didn't find any from them)

Yikes I never knew they would do that. I rarely ever spend points.

    Smile My Coke Rewards

I had some codes not post correctly to my account & called them (the phone numbers should be on the website). They were very nice and quickly fixed the problem (while I was on the phone). Good luck

I just got an email last week that said that some of my points expire on the 17th. Check if your email is up to date on their site I always get emails from them. HTH

I will do that. I have never received an email from them. They have my email address though b/c I need it to sign into my account.

Yes, just checked and they do have my email address listed under my account info. Wish I would have rec'd an email notifying me of expiring points.

YUP! check your emails. i saw this a while back and make sure to redeem them for a free coke Q atleast every few weeks now, lol... ya know, since they expire now and all only have about 340, but that's a lot to me!

We've nearly got 2000, so we're well poised for whatever things they might offer. (Sure wish they'd bring the 12 pk coupons back.) Anyway, we haven't redeemed anything in a while, but we add points almost every week. That has been enough to not have any deducted. So if you don't want to buy something once in a while, just add. Or, you could get a 20 oz bottle, then a few weeks later enter it. Then get a 20 oz bottle, then a few weeks later enter it. Then ... Keep in mind you go negative by 17 each round you do this. But if it's that or inactivity "fees", well, at least you get something for it.
