If you're looking for cheap tank tops but don't want to fight the crowds, also check out the dollar bins at Target. Mine has some basic tank tops and shorts for $2.50 each.

Last time they had this it was Womens & girls only. I was bummed - so were my boys.

The last time my OldNavy ran this sale they sold out by noon. This time I made it a point to be there early. They had two tables, a larger selection and I left a happy girl. A phone call to your local ON store could save you the hassle of finding out if they are participating. I was bummed too they only had women's on sale; I have three boys who are always needing something.
