Default Dicounted or Free Movie Tickets

Hey, anyone know where to find free or discounted movie tickets? I haven't been to a theater in quite a while but would like to go see the new transformers when it comes out later this month. I have about two weeks to find free or discounted tickets!!

Check with your theater's website. Ours does a spotlight movie's on Wednesday's and Thursday's. They choose 3 of the movies their showing and if you become a member they'll email you a printable $5.00 coupon.

    The pit falls are:

If you want to see the movie when it just comes out this won't work, the movies's they pick at our theater have been in the theater's from 2 to more weeks.

Also they almost always show the spotlight film's on the smaller screens.

Hey guys, this is a little off topic, but DH and I scored a sneak peak viewing of Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynold's new move, The Proposal this week! It was so funny! You guys should definitely go see it when it comes out!

Specially marked boxes of Poptarts have "movie tickets" on the back. If you mail in 5 "tickets" with one form on the inside of the box, they will mail you a free movie ticket up to $12. You can get 5 mailed per address. So, find a good sale and combine with qs and you can get cheap Poptarts and a free movie. The tickets that they mail don't expire until March of next year! No receipt(s) or upcs needed, just the tickets on the back!

I think the boxes say "Star Trek Movie Offer" but the tickets can be used on any movie.

Great info, I will have to check that out. Thanks! Also, for the info on the Sandra Bullock movie.

About the Pop-Tart Qs, I mailed them in and got my movie ticket back in about 2 weeks. We will use it for Star Trek, but you can use it for other movies as well. On the back of the page the movie ticket is printed on there is a huge list of theaters that accept the free ticket.

I get mine for free because I'm a mystery shopper and auditor, but I'm sure there are local coupons. Usually mornings are very discounted. Here there is a special that's $3.00 before 10am, I believe. (That's when the first movie starts at 8. Mostly they all start after 10 usually, so the deal here is very rare. lol)

What do you have to do to become a mystery shopper?
