Recipes using Pillsbury
Thought I would start a new thread that was dedicated to Pillsbury products. Most of us have a ton of these coupons and maybe don't know what to use them for, so here goes.
Chicken Puffs
Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese
2- 10oz chicken cans drained
4T melted butter
4T milk
1/4t salt
1/4t pepper
1T minced onion
2 cans Crescent rolls
4oz shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except for rolls. Separate rolls into 8 rectangles. Spoon 1/2c of mixture into center. Pull 4 corners together and seal. Brush the top with melted butter. Bake on cookie sheet @350 for 20-25min. Add shredded cheese the last 5 min to melt.

Monkey bread
This is a very yummy recipe and I always take it to parties that I am invited to. It is really a great idea to take to the office, or a brunch because it is great served with coffee/capp. It is always a hit!!!
MONKEY BREAD
4 cans biscuits (about 40)
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup pecans, raisins and/or coconut, if desired
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
Pour sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag and mix.
Add biscuit pieces, several at a time; shake to coat well.
Place pieces in a buttered tube or Bundt pan until all are used.
Sprinkle layers with nuts, raisings or coconut.
Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil in saucepan. Cool 10 minutes, then pour over top of biscuits.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Turn upside down to serve.

Crescent Cherry Cheesecake
1 roll crescent rolls recipe creations (no seams)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 block cream cheese
1 egg separated
1/4 cup sugar
In a pie pan, place half of crescent sheet for bottom crust. For filling, mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk. Spread on top. Then pour pie filling. Then top with other half crescent roll sheet and brush with egg white. I think you bake at 350, could be 375, until done. This is off the top of my head, sorry.

GREAT IDEA FOR A THREAD!!!
Chicken and Biscuits
(This recipe feeds my two DS, DH, and me- you may need to adjust depending on your preferred serving size)
Ingredients
Grands Flaky Layer Biscuits
2-3 cups cooked chicken breast cubed(depending on how chicken-y you like it!)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook Soup with Chicken, Milk, Salt, and Pepper as per can instructions, stirring often
Cook Biscuits per instructions on can
When ready to serve, split two biscuits in half horizontally and top with soup mixture
A variation is to use with egg noodles instead of biscuits or with biscuits on the side
Easy, Quick, Simple and kids love it!

Pizza using pop biscuits
1 lb cooked ground turkey
2 cans homestyle pop biscuits-not grands
jarred pizza sauce
1 can pineapple chunks,drained
shredded mozzerella
In a 9x9 or 8x8 or round casserole dish of similar size, snip each biscuit into fourths and line the bottom. Bake according to directions for temperature, but only for a few minutes. Then pull out of oven. Top with pizza sauce, ground turkey, and pineapple chunks. Top all with mozzerella. Bake again for another 20 minutes or so until crust is done and crispy. If you don't pre-cook the dough, the middle will stay soggy/doughy. Again the time cooking is off the top of my head but this is an easy one.

Taco pockets
2 cans grands biscuits
1 lb cooked ground beef, chicken, or pork, seasoned with taco seasoning
shredded cheese
toppings depending on your preference:
sliced olives
green onions
tomatoes
hot sauce/salsa
Spread each biscuit apart a little as you make each pocket so its bigger. Place a small amount of meat, cheese, and toppings on each pocket. Place another spread out biscuit on top and pinch seams together. Be careful not to use too much filling or they won't close right. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. These are like homemade hot pockets, and the filling possibilities are endless. Serve for lunch, appetizer or dinner.

Savory parmesan Bites
Savory parmesan Bites
Prep Time:
15 min
Total Time:
30 min
Makes:
32 servings
What You Need
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup chopped red peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Make It
HEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan with mixer until well blended.
SEPARATE crescent rolls into 8 rectangles; press perforations together to seal. Spread each with 3 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture. Top with peppers and parsley. Fold 1 long side of each dough rectangle over filling to center; fold again to enclose filling. Cut each into 4 squares. Place, seam-sides down, on baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
BAKE 13 to 15 min. or until golden brown.
Kraft Kitchens Tips
Size-Wise
At your next party, select a few of your favorite appetizers rather than sampling one of each to save room for your entree.
Substitute
Substitute 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped, for the red peppers.
Variation
Substitute 1 jar (13-1/4 oz.) sliced mushrooms or 1 pkg. (3 oz.) pepperoni
