    Default What's for dinner?

What did you have for Easter dinner?

I made stuffed msuhrooms for an appetizer. Then we had leg of lamb, summer squash casserole, fruit salad, rolls, and cherry pie for dessert.

    What's on your plate today?

We had Ham, Kielbasa, Cheesy Potato's, corn, Brussels Sprouts, biscuits and chocolate cream pie, banana cream pie, peanut butter n honey oatmeal cookies and some sort of delish brownie that my mom made. I'm stuffed to the gills and the thought of putting one morsel of food into my mouth is. well. just. Ugh!!!!!

DH cooked lamb chops, fried potatoes, and broccoli for him and me. The kids had pasta. It wasn't our typical Easter dinner. I'm used to having my family over for ham and all the fixings. However, I just had a baby on Wednesday, so cooking Easter dinner just wasn't going to happen.
