I like chicken satay and this is my peanut sauce recipe, which I have had for over 10 years. I think I got it from a hole in the wall Thai restaurant back in california but cannot remember for sure:
2tbsp and 2 tsp creamy peanut butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp and 1tsp sugar
1tbsp water
1 1/4 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp cilantro
Puree peanut butter and garlic until smooth. Add remaining ingrediants and puree until well combined.
