ROTFL... DH was disappointed that we weren't going to my BFF's and decided to be a negative nelly. He'd complained about everything once he found out we were staying home and having chili cheese dogs Saturday night. He complained about the chili saying it didn't taste very good and I calmly looked at him and said Well! YOU made it! Quite literally with a smile on my face and trying hard not to laugh, LOL!

I came on to find the recipe for Balsamic Chicken and instead was reminded of the Honey Glazed chicken and bacon bites, I just so happen to have a package of bacon that I intended to cook for breakfast yesterday and didn't. It has to be cooked, so I guess I will.

I have a roast slow cooking in the oven right now. It smells great too! Later I will add the Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Celery & Garlic Cloves. I am also gonna make some homeade biscuits to go along with it.

Leftover chicken fricassee here. Plus biscuits (have a package of biscuit mix that expires mid-February and we need to use it up). Also tossed alad (49 cent special from Aldi).

Made homemade Gyros with the marked down ground lamb I bought yesterday. Used the marked down Nan bread in place of pitas.

Oh, yum, those Honey Glazed chicken bacon bites were really good. DH loved them, I only had regular yellow mustard and they needed a little more flavor, so next time it'll be Dijon Mustard or something. I also made some of them with a BBQ w/ a little brown sugar and those were really good too. I also need to make my chicken pieces bigger, the bacon didn't get real crispy. But, that one is definitely a keeper.

I have no idea what to make for dinner tonight, DD21 (preggo) is coming tonight for dinner, I believe she has her Dr appt today, she's going weekly now. Mr. Antonio is getting ready to make his debut and this 1st time Grammie is getting beside herself with excitement.
