Hi everyone,

I was curious if anyone here is familiar with the Ukrainian traditional Holy Supper. My kitchen is "out of order" so I am having to regroup and put something else together when the repairs are complete. I'm considering celebrating the holiday according to the Russian tradition on Jan 6 as DH is half Russian. Doing a search on the topic I like what I read & the symbolisim. How awesome is it that it appears the traditional meal is vegetarian! I'm vegan DH is not. I would like to find some tried and true recipies similar to what he remembers his grandmother making and any tips you have to make my first attempt at this successful. TIA
