Dinner last night was a grilled stir fry.
Eckrich Grillers - 4 slices per link
3 taters cut into 1/2 cubes
handful of broccoli
handful each of frozen corn, pea's and green beans
Worchestershire sauce, a few dabs here and there
a few butter pats
lay on double layer foil and fold over to make a packet, fold edges VERY tight, place on heated grill. I heated the grill to very hot, but turned the heat down to low when I put the packets on the grill, and I flipped every 5 minutes for half hour (make sure taters were done)...
