Default Creamy herb crock pot chicken

I threw this together this morning, its a first so I'll let you know how it turns out tonight. I used:

    5 chicken drumsticks skin removed
    chopped onion, carrot, celery, potato
1 can cream of mushroom, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken, undiluted
parsley, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, garlic powder, salt, pepper
    1 cube chicken boullion
    1/2 cup white wine

I sprinkled the seasonings on the chicken and pan seared them in a dash of oil for a minute or so to boost the flavor of this dish. You don't have to do this. I may add more wine or some broth as the day goes on depending on how its turning out. I am going to serve it with biscuits.

Mmmmm it turned out delicious and moist. I only wish I had added more carrots and potatoes. I did not add any additional wine/broth the chicken juices were enough.

I think I just got to the point where I had posted everything I make. This is new.
Also since I spend more time on my bows I don't cook and bake much. I mean I still make dinner every night but I'm not looking for new and exciting recipes. Just easier ones. lol I never even buy store bought cookie dough but find myself doing it now for shortcuts.

Back to the recipe I think this would be great if you omit the potatoes/carrots and serve over fettucini. Sort of like a garlic and herb fettucini dish. Or keep the carrots and serve over rice.
