Baby oil (just a few drops on a soft cloth) makes SS shine like brand new. l learned this trick about 20 years ago when I was cleaning vacant apts. I have been using it on my stove and sink for years (they are both 37 years old and have seen their fair share of use).

i love the smell of gain fabric softner so i put it in a spray bottle and add some water and i have my favorite air freshener!! it also works well just be careful on what you use it on and dilute the softener with more water to also put in a spray bottle and use it as a wrinkle releaser spray, it doesnt work as good as the downy one but its not bad and my curtains smell so good when im done!!
also if you get permenant marker on something bug spray will break it up or spray sunscreen works pretty good on a pocketbook i had a marker explode in

Vaseline or Vicks Vaporub will cure a nail fungus... rub it in after a shower... watch it disapear in a couple weeks (depending on the extent of the infection)

Default any uses for produce nets?

You know the little plasticky nets that lemons and such come in? I always wonder what I can use them for, but just throw them away. Any ideas?

Ikubota
Turn them into scrubbies to clean the sink.
Or my grandmother would make homemade suet cakes (or balls) and put them into the netting and hang for the birds to peck at.

Thumbs up Shampoo bottles as bath toys

I used an empty liquid neutrogena bottle and 3 minute miracle condtioner from Aussie as bath toys for my son. He loves squirting them and plays with them more than his other bath toys. We also used an empty glass McCormick spice jar (the more expensive ones) as a music shaker. I filled it half way with dry beans, and glued the lid shut. We put colored paper around the label and stuck fake gems on it. I also use an old coffee can as a change/pen holder. An empty oxyclean bucket can be used at the beach, or outside in the dirt with an old wooden spoon.

Shampoo makes a great stain remover. I got this trick from my mom.
I had a really bad stain and it did not come out with my stain stick.
I then rinse the clothing item in cold water and scrubbed shampoo in the stained area and washed it. The stain was gone.

plant foods , now is the time to be baking and you have those egg shells don't throw them away take them out and put on your veg. or flower garden area. I like to bury mine in the dirt a little bit but you can just throw them on the top they are good for the soil and the birds like to peck at them also.
also when you cook potatoes or noodles when you drain the water put it in a container and cool it then take it out and dump on the ground.
also if you rinse out your empty milk containers with a little water you can put that around your plants.

Another thing I had to do the other day, use spray and wash to get out a stain in the carpet. My son is potty trained but went poo in his pants again, and it got on the carpet. Sorry if this is TMI!!! It worked better than the carpet cleaner I had.
