OK another throw it together kinda meal, with what I had on hand. But it looks and smells great. Its cooking now.

1 lb ground turkey
salt/pepper, poultry seasoning, celery seed, parsley
diced celery/onion/carrots/potatoes
can corn
handful frozen peas
gravy (I used about 1 1/2 cups leftover homemade chicken gravy, you could use a jar, a packet, whatever you have. Even cream of chicken soup/milk)

Topping:
1 1/4 cups bisquick
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
pinch salt
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Cook the ground turkey until browned. Add the seasonings. Add the potatoes. Add the other vegetables and gravy. Cook about 5-10 minutes. Pour into a 13x9 pan. Mix the topping ingredients in a bowl and pour over the casserole. Bake at 400 about 20-25 minutes or until cornbread topping is cooked through (use a knife to check, top should be golden).
