    Default easy no icecream machine chocolate cheesecake icecream (opt. sugar free version)

    main ingredients:
    3 pks cream cheese (opt. lowfat)
    1 tub whipped cream (opt. lowfat or sugar free)
    1 jar smucker's dark chocolate icecream sauce (opt. sugar free) smucker's makes this sauce thick
    squirt liquid sweetner (i used honey)

    add ins:
    10 hand crushed oreos (opt. sugar free)
    chopped unsalted almonds (opt.)

    tools:
    large metal bowl & handheld mixer

    in metal bowel big enough so mix does not splatter out, mix cream cheese, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream with handheld mixer . Taste test to see how much liquid sweetner you want to mix in (add to taste). Finally, mix in hand crushed oreo and chopped nuts.Cover bowl with foil, and place whole bowl in freezer to freeze.

    This sounds really good! Does it taste like ice cream? Or cheesecake??? (YUM)

    taste like chocolate mousse from a restuarant, but you can tell it has cream cheese...

    I will be trying that. But no Oreos for me...I will substitute something Gluten Free and report back!

    hmm tried it with slightly melted down chocolate morsels and honey instead of smuckers...still tasted awesome...next time will try apple cinnamon sugar...mmm

    Sounds so good! What is the consistency like? I think the morsels sounds good too!
