2 ripe hass avocados, mashed with fork
1-2 cloves garlic, finely diced
juice of one lime
salt to taste
2-3 tbsp chopped cilantro
one finely diced jalepeno pepper (optional) or a dash of ground red cayenne
one seed and diced plum tomato (optional)
sometimes I will add a tablespoon of sour cream to this to make it creamier. You can also add finely diced red bell pepper.
