    Default Easiest ColeSlaw

This is such a simple recipe, so fast to make. If you use one bagged shredded cabbage, then you can use half the ingredients, unless you like your cole slaw very creamy!

1 shredded head cabbage (or 2 bags shredded cabbage mix)
    1 cup mayo
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
dash pepper, salt, celery seeds if desired

Mix all ingredients, marinate 2 hours or overnight.

I've done a similar recipe with ranch dressing instead of mayo, and added a chopped up jalapeno, it was a big hit with my husband and his best friend.

I'm going to try it using low-fat mayo and Splenda and see how it turns out!
