Default Got any recipes for left over turkey?

It was $ .99 a lb last week so I got one (got a ham too but I know what to do with that) I know I'm going to make soup and tetrazzini with the turkey but I have enough for a couple more things. Got any suggestions?

I just chop some up and put into boxed pasta salad that I add some brocolli too (steam a small pack of frozen rinse under cold water and drain well) you may have to add a little more mayo to coat everything. Pretty much a complete meal. It's getting warmer here so the hubby likes it for his lunch box.
