    Default canned pork -n- gravy

rinse with HOT water and drain really well, heat about 2 tblsps olive oil
    saute chopped onion mix
sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes and add minced garlic when onions are tender
add canned pork and 2 crushed boullion cubes and stir together about 10 mins until flavors blend
add 8 oz broth, simmer a few mins
add mccormick gravy of choice (choose a garlic and herb)

    serve over rice

Finally, a simple recipe for canned pork I got a couple months ago from food pantry when we were really having a hard time financially. Electric bill was $800 (past due amounts) and car troubles, sick, all hit at once and we really needed assistance as the pantry & fridge were practically empty! But, I just didn't know what to do with the canned pork. When I googled it, all I got was complicated recipes or weird stuff (pork roast recipes, having nothing to do with canned!) Thanks!
