I read on a health food site that if you want a low calorie/high protein snack take a hard boiled egg, slice in half, toss the egg yolk and fill the egg white with hummus
**now I don't eat egg yolks anyways and why I thought I'd like the taste of hummus with egg white I don't know because I didn't like the taste nor the texture....HOWEVER for those who do like egg yolk this could be a nice substitute
