this particular ones wouldn't be that good with the chocolate.....I don't think.....

I make a no-bake cookie/candy type thing with coconut....
mix one bag and a can of sweetened condensed milk.
Mix really well till all of the coconut is coated.
I sit my can of sweetened condensed milk in a pan of boiling water to make it pourable.
I roll these into balls and put in the freezer, just so they hold together then dip into melted chocolate. Let cool on waxed paper till set then put into a bowl/plate and refridgerate. Tastes just like an almond joy without the almonds.

I will try it on a couple of them and let you know....

wonder what it would taste like if you mixed in a chocolate liquer with the meringue....or cocoa powder....

Ya' know me....I always got to figure a way to either put alcohol or chocolate into something!

Oh....I will definitely be making these! I love almond joy candy bars.
