LOL yep... I've also found that any juice that contains pineapple juice works good. I uses a mango pineapple frozen drink concentrate onces and it worked very nicely. Be aware of sugar content though... too much sugar and it will boil over. (I tried grape juice once, what a mess)
I've noticed (watch out scientist, emerging) that if you boil them until done then let them set in the juice for an hour or so... they soak up more of the pineapple flavor via Osmosis.(movement of water across a semi-permeable membrane from an area of high water potential (low solute concentration) to an area of low water potential (high solute concentration). Ha!

My biology teacher would be proud :
They really do "fall apart" when you do this but not so much that you have a bunch of bbq flavored meat mush. (I honestly think it was this recipe that made my DH to ask me to marry him)
