Thumbs up Harvest Baked Apples

I made this last night. I was told I have to make it again tonight They are so good.

8 medium baking apples
1 cup apple or orange juice
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup shredded sharp chedder cheese
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Pre heat oven 350*F Remove cores from apples to within 1/2 inch of the bottom. pierce the skins with a fork. Place in a shallow baking dish,

Combine juice, sugar, and cinnamon pour over apples.

Bake 30-35 mins. Basting occasionally with the juice mixture. Remove apples from the oven. Combine cheese, raisins and pecans spoon evenly into the centers of the apples.

I didn't use cheese or raisins.I used apple juice (juicy juice). I cooked my apples whole, but tonight I'm going to cut them up. I didn't peel my apples either.

My mom said they would have been better if the apples were cut into quarters or less, that they go farther.

This was so easy and good.
