lemon juice, lemon pepper

parm cheese sprinkled.

balsamic vinegar

garlic

little bit of soy or terriaki (sp) mixed with a little brown sugar.

be original---take your favorite savory flavor and see how it works with broc.

If you're not married to steamed, roast the broc with a little evoo, garlic, pepper, salt---good like that but then when I take out I sprinkle on a little parm cheese

Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without

Is this fresh broccoli you are steaming? If so.. I like it with steamed onion and some baby carrots.

I've heard of people steaming it with beer... dont' know how that would taste, though.

Thanks girls!! My goal is to find at least 10 new meals to make this summer.

Then I can rotate those every other week for the next 5 years until my family gets sick of those, then I'll try to be adventurous again.

Too funny.

Just fix your veggie different in your rotation and it'll seem like even more meals.

My step Mother made this for us our last trip to Oregon, it was YUMMERS!! She tossed it w EVVO only but the other ingredients couldn't possibly do any harm (expecially the cheese) I never really cared for broc unless it was raw and smothered in ranch, but I am addicted to roasting it now, it's really good. oh and btw, the parm cheese will be on my next hot batch, you can bet on that!!! Thanks

Macey
