I use this recipe from About.com all the time although I do add more ham than it says. My husband and I both really like it.

Ingredients:
3 pounds potatoes peeled and sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked diced ham
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water

Preparation:
Combine potatoes, onion, cheese and ham in slow cooker. In small bowl, combine condensed soup & water; pour over potato mixture in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Gently stir just before serving. Makes 6 servings.

Default Here you go Mouse ~~~~ :)

Scalloped Potatoes with Ham & Cheese

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
2/3 cup condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
8 medium red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the potatoes, ham and
cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake,
uncovered, at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are tender.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Yield: 10 servings.

I make home made scallopped potatoes.

Slice the potatoes really thin. Soak in water
Mice some garlic and celery and onions if you prefer.
Saute in evoo until golden brown.
Slowly stir in heavy cream and warm.
Add in parmesean cheese.
Wisk until smooth, but a little lumpy is ok.

Put potatoes in a casserole dish.
Pour liquid over potatoes and sprinkle parmesean on top.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
Take foil off and bake another 15 to brown the top.

I think this would be ok to add ham to. Also, there are no specific measurements that I follow. When I fill the dish with cream and parm and that doesn't cover the potatoes, I just add more cream and parm to the pan and wisk and pour until the casserole dish is more than 3/4 full, but not completely covering the potatoes.

I got this recipe from dh's step mom. I have baked this at my family's holiday get togethers and at his mom's for dinner. It has been a hit at both places and both refer to it as my secret recipe. I might have forgot to mention where this recipe came from!
