Read on another forum about a snapple rebate where you submit info on a 3x5 card and one per person per household. Anyone heard of this? I am leery of those without a form.

I have heard of it.Snapple had one last yr too.I dont drink Snapple so dont know if anyone recieved theirs.But if you already have it...why not send it in and see what happens.

I have the actual snapple rebate form in hand - it says "this certificate must accompany your request. No duplication of reproduction of certificate.
The rebate runs 1-1-11 to 3-1-11 and is a small white tear pad
