Default Which amount do rebates pay on?

Do they pay the price the item rings up? Or do they pay the price you paid- Q's?

Mine has always paid the price that it shows BEFORE Q. Im hoping thats how the SC Johnson rebate will work too b/c otherwise...NO REBATE!!!
Im sending them in and we will see. You circle the price so I assume they give you that much back.

WOW!! I have have only sent in one rebate, and haven't gotten it back yet... for Olay Renegerist. I really need to get on this rebate thing, especially since they pay the ring up price instead of -q's. That's great!!

I posted a ton of rebates in the rebate section, I also went through and printed out a bunch of "active" ones so that I can remember to save my receipts if needed. I always tossed my receipts but Im learning to save them ALL!

I had purchase J&J products with Qs for under $5 and I got my rebate. I actually made a profit.

I think for any rebate the company looks at prices of the products not the Qs amount that was used the products.

I think it's the price it rings up as others said. Unless it would say after coupons etc.
    SC Johnson doesn't say that.

That said, I sent my hubby for 3 of the Scrubbing Bubbles foaming shower cleaner to do the rebate & because it was on sale at Walgreens & I had 3 .75 cent coupons. He ended up getting 4 one place & 2 more another. Dang!! Now I have to clean the shower!!

There were better coupons on some of the cans, $2 off 2 good way into 2011 I believe they are called peelies and good for SC J, they made it hard to get off so the peelies thiefs hadn't gotten to them. :-)
