Stores that qualify for P&G pink cookware deal

Does anyone know which stores qualify for P&G pink cookware deal?
I plan to do the deal but dont want to be told later that store doesnt qualify.
I think walmart, wags, CVS dont qualify. PLease tell me which do

I know that Albertsons and Publix are qualifying stores.

I have 2 of these forms available, and am only looking for one qualifying receipt to trade. All purchases must be made by Friday (11/20), and form my be mailed by next Wednesday (11/25). Please let me know if you have a receipt available.

Hey all...

Be on the lookout because I received my cookware stuff today It's really nice. My grandmother was skeptical but it seems like really good stuff!

I called P&G on Friday wanting to know the status of mine. They said that they hadn't anticipated the overwhelming response they'd get to this offer, and that not enough of the pink cookware had been produced, so-o-o-o... they said they were waiting for inventory to arrive, and to not expect to see it until maybe March or April. Needless to say, I was totally bummed out. I got my stuff sent out early.

However.... got a really pleasant surprise this afternoon when the UPS guy rang my bell, and handed me my box of cookware!! How cool is that???
