Heads up w/ Vitamin and Organix Shampoo Rebates
The rebates from Vitamin Shampoo/Conditioner and Organix Shampoo/Conditioner (both from hangtags on the bottles) are processed by a company called CMS. I got a "rebate denied" card from one of them, and simply never received the rebate for the other, even though I completed everything just as was specified. When I called the help #, it turns out the processor didn't enter my APT # into the system for EITHER rebate. One check was returned to them as undeliverable. The other was flagged as a duplicate because someone else in my apt complex applied for it too- and we were both denied (no apt # on my neighbor's too). REALLY frustrating, and apparantly a common problem at this company- the woman I talked to said "we're always getting complaints about this." Just thought I'd warn those of you in apt's that might be waiting for these rebates... The website to check the status is: Rebate Central and the phone # to call is: 877-322-8355, press option 2 to talk to a live human being.

I am so sorry you are having a hard time.. May I ask you where the shampoos are with the tags? This is my favorite and I haven't been finding coupons for them...
