I finally called them today. Not sure when I sent it in, but the website didn't show it. CS stated that the on-line status isn't working because they are "updating" it. So, she took my info and found it! She said the check is being printed and it will take "up to 30 business days" to get it. That's a long time, but I'm so happy they received it. Try calling if you can't find anything on the internet status check.

I totally forgot about this one... I got all confused with the Publix/Kraft cards and didn't realize I was still missing one. I checked the Kelloggs site and sure enough it's there... It's "in process" so I still have 4-6 weeks to wait.

I wrote my earlier post after phoning Kellogg's to find out about my rebate status. After being told there was no record of it, I was compelled to share my experience. Interestingly enough, the rebate check and Dell coupon arrived in my mailbox today 11-09-09. The check date was 10-18-09 (a Sunday) and the day BEFORE I made my phone call to Kellogg's. ALSO, my last name (which the customer service agent asked for when looking up my rebate) was misspelled. Since I had copies of all the original materials I submitted, I double-checked my copies and found that I do, indeed, know how to spell my last name. Somehow, in fulfilling the request, the company must have added in a few letters at their discretion.
To SUM UP: There may be hope out there for all of you who are still WAITING ............. PS: The Dell coupon code has an expiration date of 1/15/10. |
