Is this a rebate or a money-back guarantee? The form says something about reason for dissatisfaction. Is the cake that bad?!

it's not bad. I was disappointed that the carrots and the raisins come together in the same packet. I couldn't pick out the raisins. I don't like raisins cooked in things.

I love Duncan Hines cakes, in general. I don't thnk I can lie about not liking the cake. Maybe D-H expects that (lying) to get refunds.... I don't know...Hmmmm... I still have the form, but may not "go for it".

Bought the cake and the frosting tonight at Kroger because the coupon expires today. It was pricey compared to the Pillsbury stuff on sale.

I don't like to lie either. I loved the cake, but sent it in because my kids wouldn't touch it. That's just what I said on the form, and got my check very quickly. It did get me to try it, and I might make it again when I have more adults around because I thought it was quite good.

I just didn't feel right about sending in this form..........I was not dissatisfied, so I felt it would be lying to say that I was unhappy.

FYI - I got my box for $.07. This cake mix is only $1.07 at Food Lion and I had $1 off coupon.

wow!! great price! It was on SALE this week for $1 here in Cali @ Vons

Did anyone notice that the box is bigger than the other mixes? what's up with that?

I think it is cause there is a lot in there.... I wonder if my food lion has it on sale
