Default How do you organize your rebates?

I print the rebate forms and put them in my binder in order of expiration. However, I am sure that I will forget what rebates are available unless I go through this section each week. Is that what I need to do (just make it part of my couponing routine) or is there an easier way to keep track of what rebates I can get? This is in addition to trying to remember what's in the Wags catalog each month (I am just starting out using that, too).

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

I paper clip the parts I need together onto the rebate form. I keep a journal of sorts of my rebate 'needs' so I know what I have to shop. Then I keep a list of what to gather done via outlook reminders on my calendar.

I'm more computer minded and I'm an accountant so I enter the rebates as receivables in Quicken. When I receive the rebates I offset the receivable and reconcile the account so I can easily see what's outstanding.

I also not the latest date I should be getting each rebate in my GTD (getting things done) program.

I do the same as you OP. I rarely overlook a rebate though as I just remember what I have.

I just printed them off for more ref. than anything and keep them in my binder. Then when I have gottten what I need for my rebate, I pull it and send it off.

I like to keep things basic...works better for me.
