    FYI...went to Randalls this morning...the Ozarka Aquapod was on sale but didn't show at the register, the Prego was BOGO but showed full price, the Thomas english muffins was incorrect too!

    I hate it when I have to turn around and go back...I need to be more attentive at the register!

    That always happens to me at Tom Thumb. Almost weekly they overcharge me. I called the service desk one week after I was home, because it was around $6.00. The customer service told me I could just bring my receipt in the next time I was in the store. If you have the sales ad, I would save that too and take it back in with you if it shows the item was on sale. Tom Thumb does have pretty good customer service, but I do notice you have to check your receipt closely with them!!

    I don't know where you are located but I am in Texas and the TT here has a price accuracy guarantee. If the register price is not the same as the listed or posted price you receive the item free. It is usually posted at the CS desk. HOwever, if you dont point it out some of the employees will not tell you about it!

    I will have to ask about that policy, because T. Thumb overcharges me a LOT!
