Default Anyone else confused on the buy 10 get $5 off sales?

Ok, maybe it is just me......but I get a little confused when they have the "Buy 10 items, Get $5 off" sales.

I believe that the "advertised" price they list is the "final" price after the $5 is deducted on your total. For instance, Lean Cuisines are 5/$10 in the sale. That makes them $2 each......but is that after the $5 is deducted from your total or before? Are they really $2.50 each ($15 total - $5 = $10....and $2 each)?

If the items are 5/$10 = $2each and you buy 10 the final price after the $5off will be $15 or $1.50 each.

And you can use coupons on top of this. For example, the Stouffers and Lean Cuisine are all 10 for $20.00 ($2.00 each). When you buy 10, it will subtract $5.00 off on the reciept making them $1.50 each. You can then use the coupons from yesterday's ads to get them even cheaper. There are coupons for $1.00 off any 2 of the new strobolis or flatbreads. If you use 5 coupons, the total cost for the 10 items will be $10.00 (can't beat $1.00 per box when they are usually $3.29 or so each!)

YES!!! that is the best part about a MEGA deal. You can stack the $5 saving with coupons too!! Be cautious My store advertises (in YELLOW) the price it would be AFTER the 50cent discount.
