I'm not sure about this as to me the target and the green advantage coupons would be considered "store" coupons so you could use one of the other.

I have too many "fans" at my favorite Publix to ever try to push too hard to use too many coupons. I tend to do well on especially on my expensive items I always buy and they go out of their way to help make my child happy with at least one balloon every visit. Asked what we're going to buy at Publix and the response is "boon boon." (Toddler word for balloon.)

I did this at my Publix and asked the manager about it. He told me I could use a Publix store cpn, a competitors cpn, and a manu cpn all together. As with all cpn stacking transactions, check with your store's manager before checking out.
