You need to have one manufacturers coupon for every item. They wont take a dollar off of 4 Fantastik products if you only have one coupon. But Publix will combine a manuf coupon with a store coupon. They also take competitor coupons. If you had a Walgreens coupon for intstance for the Fantastik, you could use that along with your manuf coupon.

For publix you can use 1 publix coupon and 1 manufacture coupon for each item. Most publix coupons are for 1 item each. (you just have to read the publix coupon to see what the limitations are)

In the same coupon flier that has the $2 coupon off Revlon Tools (its Called Advantage Buy Savings) there is a $1 coupon for Johnsons Baby, Johnsons Buddies or Desitin. The Johnson Buddies Sudsing Soap Bars are 1.09, so they are only .09 cents after the coupon. I got 5 bars. By the way, this is the first time I've ever had to pay for those soaps since they normally cost about 88-98 cents (at Ingles, krogers, Walmart, etc.) and I always use a $1 coupon. But heck, 9 cents isnt bad at all. I also found the clearance section that someone here was talking about the other day. They had Whisker Lickins cat treats, 4 oz bottle, marked half price to $1.20 and I used the $1 coupon. They also had Benadryl marked half price at 2.00, Purina ONE dog food half price, (I couldnt find my coupons though!) and Glade Air Infusions half price. (1.00) Not the regular Glade spray that is always around 1.00, but the Air Infusions kind. I used a $1.00/2 coupon for that as well. They also had backpacks, water filters, toys, stoneware etc. on that clearance rack, all great deals!
