i second that! i found some awesomely cheap goodies at WM in their clearance bins; took me a while but boy it was worth it! hehe.

We share our supplies. we buy stuff at Big Lots, and whatever Clarence stuff we find, Target/walmart dollar store.
we also use old post cards, christmas/bday cards wrapping paper. whatever we think would look nice in a scrapbook.
we use diffrent stuff for our scrapbooks.
I also tend to get great deals on EBAY, buying stuff in lots.

I want to make my daughter a sweet 16 scrapbook Or memory book either way
I have not make a scrapbook before and I am a perfectionist on things like this I do, so if you guys see anything or have any ideas..pm me plz

-Packaging from things you buy. (like the shiny paper that comes from behind Christmas box sets)

-I have not done it yet but I saved some of the used name tags and wrapping paper to put in the background of my Christmas pictures. (maybe you could do something similar with birthday paper)

-Stamps. (ink stamps) or stencils are awesome. Take a good bit of time though.

-Home made paper, always ends up pretty even if you think its turning into a mess.
