Coupon Problem at Target

So I went to Target today to pick up some Easter goodies and I decided to see what deals were at Target this week before heading out. I picked up a Pledge Multi Surface Cleaner $3.79 and used a $2.00 mfq and tried to use a $1.00 Target coupon but the cashier said I could not use both. I would have to buy 2 products to use both. I disagreed but I was not going to fight
with her so I told her to take off the $1.00 store coupon and keep the mfq. I then purchased the snack size Cheetos that they sell at the register for $1.25 and used a $1.00 off Target coupon and I picked up 3 Johnson's Buddies soaps for $.99 each and I used a $2.00 off 2 mfq and a $.75 off Target q. I then went to customer service and asked if I could use a mfq with a Target coupon and the lady said "absolutely" and gave me $1.00 back
So I picked up the Pledge for $.79 and the soap for $.25 and the Cheetos for $.25 after coupons plus 7% sales tax! Not bad!!

Glad it all worked out in the end. Hopefully you told CS about the uninformed cashier.

Sorry that happened to you. If you know (or have an idea) about the policy dont hesitate to ask the cashier to call a manager over to confirm it for you. No need for you to get into 2 lines when you could have just purchased your items at a "killer" price and leave.
