Angry REALLY Bad Bad day at the family dollar

I was with my DH-to-be running a few erands around town, picking up a few deals along the way. DH-T-B had to go mail a package at the post office so I asked him to drop me off at the little Family dollar accross the street so that I could check out some of the deals in there.
It was the wrong day to go, they were un-loading the truck and every isle was packed. So I abanoned my cart and wedge myself down one of the isles trying to get around all the junk lying around the floor so that I could see the stuff I did want. The next thing I know I trip on some junk and knocked over an overloaded dolly with very heavy boxes on it. (I am so lucky that I didn't get hurt.) The manager comes around the corner yelling absenities in spanish and telling me in english that I will pick them up. In my confused state I thought Seniora, Surely you gest? But then she called me a white wh*re in spanish and I knew she was not jokin'. I started to see RED! I called corporate, the district manager, the fire marshal and the BBB. This is the letter I sent to corporate, it tells all about what happen.

I am shocked and very upset at the way one of your managers reacted to an accident today at your Florida city store. During a shippment today your store manager Victoria took some over loaded dolly's and placed several of them through out the store blocking the isles. While I was shopping in that store today, I fell, tripping over her mess and knocked over half of the boxes on an over-stuffed dolly. Tt was full of heavy boxes. No one was around, so I walked down the isle away from the cluttered area. Someone came out of the store room, and the first words out of her (Victoria's) mouth was "you'd better pick all of that up, now!" I said " excuse me?" She yelled "Yea, You!" I replied "Me? I don't think so. It was an accident, I fell on all that junk you ave blocking the isle, and I will not clean up your mess!" This store is a pigsty, and your not even concerned if I was hurt." Victoria proceeded to yell at me in spanish calling me names, like Fat cow, ugly b**ch, and white wh*re.
I know enough spanish to know what she was saying. I am apalled! I cannot believe the things that came out of her mouth! I asked her for corp. phone number. She screamed at me " If you want it, it's hanging in the bathroom." Then victoria disappeared. I called 411 and tried to get corporate on the phone while I was in the store so that they could hear her cussing at me in spanish. That number didn't work so I asked the cashier at the front of the store what the number was and she also said it was listed in the bathroom, I asked her where the bathroom was and she showed it to me. When I got inside the information sheet with the number I needed was ripped off the door, the only thing that remained was the top and bottom of the page where it was taped to the door. It had been ripped off by victoria while I was on the phone trying to call her boss. I asked the cashier if the information sheet was tapped to the back of the door and she said "yes it is" and I asked her if she saw it there today and she said yes, it was there earlier that day. Victoria apparently didn't want me to call you and report her gross misconduct. I have never, ever, ever been treated like this and I am making it my personal mission to make sure everone from district to the ceo himself knows what she did.
Is this how your managers treat your valued customers? I am shocked, hurt and very upset by how I was treated and what she said to me, and I want her fired, immediately! I expect to be contacted about this matter within the week. Thank you.

I'm also sorry you had to go through something like that.
I'm glad that you are okay and I would totally go to the last
string to have her butt fired.
Some people have no respect.
Speaking of a incident I had at my family dollar.
One of the workers was screaming the "F" word while my children and
I were looking through the toy section.
Finally I looked over so she could see me and she apologized but Geez....
I don't say those words at home so I don't want my kids to hear it from her!

If you hurt at all tomorrow, make sure you go to the Dr. and have it documented! Then, call an attorney. I'm so sorry this happened to you. What a horrible experience. Management should get back to you very quickly. I hope you didn't hurt yourself. Keep us posted. Too bad you didn't take any pics on your cell. That would have been helpful. But, I know from experience that it's hard to prove anything happened when the manager isn't on your side.

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. It all seem like a really bad dream, I cannot believe someone acted like that toward me!
I will keep you posted.

That is horrible. Everything that woman did is just WRONG! They better get back to you soon.

A lot of stores unload their stock while they're open for business but they know the risks of that (someone could trip and they can get sued) so they take measures to be cautious. Walgreen's uses plastic containers and doesn't stack them high at all, wal*mart keeps their loads wrapped in plastic unless an employee is stocking it. Obviously, that store didn't care.

No it's the family dollar store. It's a lot like the dollar general store. google "family dollar store" it should come up.
I wish I had a dollar General store here, but I moved. DG use to be my favorite place to go look for good deals.
