I would like to join a train, how do I go about doing it?

I am the newest member of your trains. I know your message said they are about to go out, and I DO still want to be on the train. I wanted to notify you that I will not be in town next Mon-Wed, If I receive the train during that time, I will have it back out by Friday morning. Just wanted to give a heads up!
