I noticed!! I've missed ya around here! He said it would be via snail mail, and I wasn't expecting another call from him. He really didnt give me a time frame but since he was within a matter of 50 miles to us I assumed he'd get it to me within a week. Maybe it was something he had to order from corporate or something. The post is under "Help! Realy bad trip!" under CVS. Michael called him again yesterday and left him a message and he didn't return our call yet so it may be on its way..I hope. He asked on the voicemail if he'd changed his mind or what the status is. I just hope he DIDN"T change his mind because it would make it quite awkward to go into his stores. I guess I can give it another week and see what happens before I go to corporate about it. We are going out of town next week so there will be better CVS's to shop at there!! Thanks for the advice.

I do not recall your post(s) about the CVS issue offhand but I would say give the DM a chance to rectify the situation. Was he/she supposed to call you back and that has not happened or are you just supposed to receive via mail the GC?

Give it a little time. If you do receive what you were told you would be getting within a week's time give another to the DM and see what the status is. If you feel you are being overlooked again then see about going to corporate otherwise it seems to me that is DM is wanting to make it right for ya so I would give him/her enough time to do as such.

Hi there! I don't know if you read about my CVS situation but it was supposedly made better by the DM who promised me a giftcard and some ECBs to make up for the Q's that the manager wouldn't allow me to use that expired. I talked to him last monday and I still haven't received anything...waht do you think I should do? Contact corporate or wait a while longer? I haven't even been back, I want to feel like I was right and justified in being there, and somehow having that from the DM makes it a little easier, you know?
