Used a heat wrap earlier & that kinda worked...for about 10 minutes.

I'm loading up on the ibuprofen right now. Trying to relax if I can. Kinda have to wait till the weekend till I can really rest up but then I want to go shopping.

Sorry to hear you got a catch in your neck I know how miserable those are. The timing really stinks too one week before Christmas and you probably have a million things you want to do. My best advice though is try to give yourself a day of rest. Move slowly and don't do anything that could cause it to tighten up more ( like reaching for anything) I know that it's not easy to be still when your an active person but one day of totally let it rest without any strains can help alot.
