    Hey jdoll92,
I wanted to let you know about a new electronic coupon site that you can use with your Gerbes Plus card. Cellfire - Mobile coupons for your cell phone There's a few items that are free on there and the Cottonelle is a $.50 moneymaker if you have the $.50 manf q doubled. Cottonelle is usually $.99 there. Also, I see you need diaper q's and there are 2 Huggies q's on there and I'll be able to send you some manf q's that I have so you can really save. PM me with your address and I'd be glad to send them to you:-) I have a 1yr old, but I tend to get a lot of diaper q's and I hate for them to go to waste. Oh, you can also add a $1.50 off Pampers q to your Gerbes plus card through PG Esaver...use that with a manf q to get a good deal. Should be some in the PG insert in this Sunday's paper.

I've been an active couponer for at least 4 years. I did go through a time that I just got sick of clipping and filing. That was also before couponmom.com. This site really saves me so much! I know I'm addicted, but I think you just have to have the coupon gene. I try to convince my coworkers, but they like paying full price...I guess?

I buy 2 STL Posts and a Tribune (mostly for the ads). That way I get 2 q's for the BOG1-50% off sales. My Mom and an aunt also save them for me and I don't get them right away, but a lot of the Gerbes sales run for a few weeks so it's still good. I don't know how many free 4pks of Cottonelle I got when it was $.99 w/ my $.50 q's that were doubled.

    Hi Angie -
I submitted my ES for the first time ever back at the end of September and I'm still waiting on my card. I want to do that stuff online too, but don't I need the card first? So I'm still waiting. If it doesn't go through, I'm only out $3.00 for some toothpaste.

I found that the Walgreens south of town is cleaner and friendlier than the one over on Broadway...but I think they might have more clearance items, I'm not sure.

I actually started couponing in August. I still am learning, but it's so addictive. I love being able to stock up on stuff and find the best price. I found a link online that actually lets you compare Walmart/Hyvee/Schnucks and Gerbes sales all in one view. It's nice...but it doesn't look like I have that link on this computer.

I get a little frustrated sometimes because I don't ever seem to walk out of anywhere spending the tiny amts of money that everyone else seems to, but it's cool bargain shopping. I really want to get a good stockpile going on soup and stuff that we'll need through the winter so I don't have to go out so much. (We're good on toilet paper at the moment. I went to WAGS and got the Quilted Northern 2x's roll that was on sale for $4 for like $1.50 ea. so I stocked up.)

How many papers do you get? I have been buying the Tribune and StL papers (I'm from Troy area) and I don't think I like the Tribune as much b/c they always seem to leave out the best q's. So I tend to like to get the Post and use online coupons. I might start getting two Posts and ditch the trib all together.

Do you need pet food coupons or anything? Man, I could use Pampers and Huggies coupons. If you want to swap sometime, let me know.

I think there might be more Columbia people around. I have been sending people to this site. So she's getting good word of mouth advertising

Take it easy! Have an awesome Halloween!

The downtown store is closest to work so that's the one I'll go to first. Although, the one south of town is better by far! They aren't as busy and it makes a big difference with their attitudes. Also, I have family in both Mexico and Fulton so if I know I'll be visiting then I'll stop by one of those stores if I'm having trouble finding something. Both of the Columbia stores get their trucks on Thursday and I've found Friday before work or on an early lunch is best if you can't get there on Sunday. Do you do the ES rebates? I finally switched to submitting mine online and finalized my Oct rebate on Saturday. Guess what? It's already on my card!!! I actually got it yesterday.

I love Target too. I so envy you for being so close!!! I try to get there once a week and I've found really good deals on the health & beauty items. I also like to get their trial size items for free after q's. I've read where some people have had problems w/ cashiers in other cities, but so far no problems here and if I did, I'll know to ask them nicely to just manually enter the q for the price of the item.

Also, have you been couponing long? I love that I have someone locally that I can share my bargains with:-)
