Did you save it to your computer and open with a picture program that opens jpeg? It should of opened normal and print a decent size. Let me know. If you come across one that prints better let me know, so I'll know how and what to adjust to make them print better

When you try to print the coupons do you get just the spinning red circle forever ? If so I had to click on the word "Help" that was to the left lower part of the screen then look through the how to download instructions they provided and when I downloaded from there was when I got it to work. Hope that helps
