They have certain items every week and month that offer ECBs when you buy. Everything I'm buying is offering most or all of the purchase price back in ECBs for their Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday sale. Check out the website iheartcvs.com, there's alot of good information on it.

I am fairly new here and am trying to figure out your CVS postin. How are you getting Extra Care Bucks, ( I am assuming that's what ECB stands for in your post), after every transaction for the same amount as your purchase? I only get a couple every once in a while.
