any idea what happened to the coupon train?

My son is in Iraq (also) and where he is at they don't take anything but 'cash' . No CC or debit cards... checks ... nothing... cash only. I have to mail cash to him (you talk about nerve racking) I stay on pins and needles waiting for him to let me know that he got it. I have heard of people sending expired Q's to them, but maybe that is only to people living on base here State side? I just don't know...

My husband sells tornado sirens, safety equipment (etc.)but purchase orders are so unpredictable when your waiting for a grant for a town to go through...it may take months!! He sells to dealers also but he sells to the goverment mostly. Heres a story for you he travels Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas panhandle-----53 never had a ticket---his headlight was burnt out and local police stopped him gave him warning and he sent his card back with the officier to give Captain on some new cordless microphones....2 miles down the highway Highway patrol stops him (husband) shows him warning and patrolmen says no use to beat a dead horse--and then they started talking about new camera coming out that can read license plates while driving through a parking lot and through up a red flag when theres any outstanding tickets --the Highway Patrolman couldnt wait to give his Captain my husbands card and tell him about this new camera and software!!!

My husband use to be self employeed. I was diagnosed with MS in 2004. So he went back to work for a company. He worked for Motorola 10 years prior to being self employeed and now works for General Dynamics..It was very scary him being self employeed. Everything from insurance to fluxuating paycheck ! What does your husband do ??
