Another Meijer trip this week....

Ok, I just got back from Meijer. I got

Large pack of Romaine Lettuce hearts, 4.99

bananas, $1.22 (I know these are on sale Saturday, but I don't plan on going to Meijer then)

1 unbleached flour, thought about getting 2, but hoping for a sale)

apples, .79/lb, got 3.81 lbs.

pears

12 pkgs. Tuna

2 Hormel lunch meats (had .50/1 Ips.

1 free Brownberry bread wyb lunch meat

2 Barilla pasta sauce, used $1/1 ip

2 Meijer milk

2 crescent rolls, $1.25 each. after coupons 23.39 oop (used my gc to pay)savings 37.84

Now here's the kicker, the cashier told me that I was only allowed to use 6 like coupons. I asked how long this had been decided? she said a while. I said I came through on Sunday and used more than 6 and was not told. She said, "oh, you must have had a newer cashier) I said "no", I only go to cashiers that I know have been there a while. But I said I understood and asked if it was at all meijers, she did not really know. I am going to send a comment over the internet about going one day and nothing being said and going three days later and being told this new "rule" I mean I don't really care, I just want it to be fair across the whole store.

At the Meijer in Cumberland is 4 like coupons before the computers/cashiers go bananas. In Fishers, same thing with the registers, but the cashiers always put them all through.

It used to be 5 like coupons for me, but I have used 10 like in the past 3 trips without any problems. I have a very coupon friendly Meijer.
