Confused about meijer's own policies.. Today went and got my chex and bugles , of course the sco screamed for the worker to manually approve them because of the penny (just like the chi chi's salsa). Well a week ago i went and stocked up for what im passing out for halloween . I had a ton of tearpad coupons for $1/2 wonka singles candies. THey had the spree's on clearance for $.30 each making it .40 MM for every coupon i used. So i get 50 of them , thought since meijer doesnt allow overage it'll just either yell or reduce them. Well instead the self check out spit 20.00 out at me. Was so surprised. I asked the lady she said If the machine did it , its mine. So i thought i just got lucky. Today i was in meijer and i have a ton of the $5.00 off any one coty distributed cologne product (peelies) they have the jovan womens on clearace for believe it or not $2.49, bought 15 minus tax and all i got $35.04 back in cash, the worker just had to manually approve the coupons as the value of the coupon was 3.00 but the full value scanned through and i got my overages in cash. Just curious as to why they say they dont give it to you , but yet they do? Or has anyone else gotten overages?
